Caucus Abstract/short program description: Research on women entrepreneurs in Africa, their development and their representation on decision-making bodies, is an important, emerging topic for business and management scholars. This caucus presents current research and aims to provide Academy members with the opportunity to network and develop research collaborations related to African women entrepreneurs capacity-building.
