This PDW explores strategies to address management education challenges in Africa. The PDW discusses the challenges faced by business schools in Africa ranging from the lack of financial and material resources to pedagogical resources as well as the growing student demands for decolonization of knowledge. It also assesses the strategies that African business schools can formulate and implement to provide high quality management education appropriate to the postcolonial challenges faced by countries.
