Online Relationship Marketing and Affective Customer Commitment-The Mediating Role of Trust

Sheena Lovia Okai is a PhD Marketing candidate at the University of Ghana Business School. My research interests cover topics in online relationship marketing, digital marketing, consumer behavior, strategic management, international marketing and corporate social responsibility. I have co-authored an e-commerce case study in Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies. I have a book publication, titled Essays from a Marketing PhD, which was published in March 2014. In May 2014, my conceptual paper on “Philosophical Debates in Marketing and its Application to Online Relationship Marketing” was published in the proceedings of the 2014 International Academy of African Business and Development (IAABD) conference.
