Kimberley Messer

Kimberley Messer is a member of IBM’s Global LGBT Diversity Business Development organization. She is focused on leveraging IBM's corporate diversity/talent management best practices and the team's extensive LGBT Executive networks to win business in both the United States and Canada. Prior to this role, Kimberley spent 15 years with the IBM Toronto Software Lab, where she managed software development teams across quality assurance testing, information development and user experience disciplines. Kimberley is a recognized leader with a strong history of supporting LGBT and broader diversity initiatives. She is currently the Canadian chair of IBM’s LGBT business resource group & she is a member of Pride at Work Canada's National Women's Committee responsible for establishing a national mentoring program.
