Nikki was recently promoted to the position of Executive Director, Strategic Research Initiatives at the University of Victoria. She has previously served as the Executive Director, Corporate Operations for Ocean Networks Canada, and prior as the Executive Director, Government Relations at UVic. She has extensive experience in government and the private sector. She is also a PhD candidate with a focus on ocean governance.
