Quantum Silicon Inc. develops atomic scale, ultra-low-power computing devices designed to supplement or replace transistor-based integrated circuits.

Using unique single-silicon-atom Quantum Dots, QSi is building ultra-low-power Quantum Dot Cellular Automata to create atomic scale, ultra-low-power computing circuits and devices that are faster than end-of-roadmap CMOS devices while consuming orders of magnitude less power. Our devices are implemented in silicon, compatible with CMOS and operational at room temperature.
