Lisa Tomalty is the Customer Relations and Support Manager in Information Systems and Technology at the University of Waterloo. She has a BMath and BA from the University of Waterloo, and has worked at the university for over 18 years. She is also a very dedicated hockey mom.

Peggy Day

Peggy Day, is the Manager IST Services Desks. Peggy has 3 service desks under her portfolio as well as Telecommunications and Media Resources. Peggy has been with the University of Waterloo for almost 40 years working closely with students, staff and faculty to resolve any computer related issues they may have.

Matt Harford

University of Waterloo

Matt Harford has worked at the University of Waterloo since 2009. He started as part of the IT student staff for Waterloo Residences. For the past 1.5 years, his role has been the supervisor of two of our three IT service desks: one in the library and one in our Waterloo Residences. In his free time, he loves to read and cook.
