In March 2016, the CUCCIO Project and Portfolio Management Community of Practice had it's inaugural meeting. This workshop is the first in-person meeting at the CANHEIT conference for members and those interested in joining our Community of Practice. The formal agenda for the workshop will be identified through the regular meetings and collaboration efforts. In general the workshop will follow this guideline:

1. Meet and Greet
2. Determination on the use, setup and layout of the KCC for collaboration
3. Topics of discussion and/or breakout sessions on topics identified in regular meetings.
4. Identify follow up efforts and deliverables for the topics identified including membership in breakout teams.
