As Director of Client Services I foster positive relationships across the University and improve collaboration across SFU community. In the last 18 years, my role has been focused service excellence by investing in developing the human potential in a digital world. Some areas of my work include Stakeholder relationship management, talent management, leadership development, IT Service management, and management of Classroom Technology, Desktop management, and Service Operations. I am also a big believer of community development across HigerEd and IT communities and have been actively involved internally to SFU and the CUCCIO Special Interest groups.
