Mohan Mailvaganam, Director Digital Solutions, Xerox Canada, helps clients rely less on paper by leveraging technology and services to move to digital ways of working. As the leader of the national Canadian Process Automation practice, he manages a team of Business Development Executives and subject matter experts to deliver digitization and process automation solutions to Canadian companies in the large and enterprise market segment. In his 18-year career at Xerox, Mohan has held various client-facing and management roles across technical, sales, consulting, marketing and program functions within Xerox. Eric Schmitz

Hyland

Eric Schmitz has been with Hyland Software since August 2011. Eric’s initial role at Hyland was as the Developmental Account Manager working with newly recruited OnBase Solution Providers to help them build an OnBase business practice while helping them become more self-sufficient in selling, implementing and supporting OnBase solutions. Towards the end of 2014 Hyland and Xerox formed a partnership which Eric was appointed the Hyland Account Manager for Xerox North America and is still presently in that role. The partnership has produced initiatives through Technology including an integration between Xerox multi-function devices and also to help introduce OnBase through the Xerox customer base. To date the partnership has produced 30 new OnBase customers supported through Xerox.
