William A. Venturini was born in Uruguaiana, Brazil, in 1990. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), Santa Maria, Brazil, in 2014. He has worked with power electronics at UFSM since 2009, where he is currently working toward the M.S. degree in the Power Electronics and Control Research Group (GEPOC).His research interests are related to power electronics and control systems with emphasis in uninterruptible power supplies. He has filed one patent.
