Luiz Daniel Santos Bezerra received the B.Sc. and theM.Sc degrees in Electrical Engineering from FederalUniversity of Ceará (UFC), Ceará, Brazil, in 2007 and 2010,respectively. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctor degree inElectrical Engineering from Federal University of Ceará(UFC). He is currently a Professor with the Department ofIndustry at Federal Institute of Education, Science andTechnology of Ceará (IFCE), Maracanaú, CE, Brazil. He is amember of the Brazilian Society of Power Electronics. Hismain research interests include power supplies, digital powerfactor correction techniques, uninterruptible power systems,digital control of power converters and grid-connected PVsystems.
