was born in Lima, Peru in 1984. He received the B. Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering in 2009 from the National University of Engineering (Lima, Peru) and the M. Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Sao Paulo State University (Ilha Solteira, Brazil) in 2012 where he currently is a Ph. D. candidate. His research interest include modeling and control of power converters, control of distributed energy systems and micro-grids.
