Rafael Zamodzki was born in Pato Branco, Paraná, Brazil, in 1991. He received the B. S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Paraná (UTFPR), in 2013. From 2009 to 2012, he worked in the scientific initiation program in Electrical Engineering at UTFPR. He is currently working toward the M. S. degree in the Post-Graduation Program in Electrical Engineering at the same University. His research interests include operation and control of three phase inverters, analysis and operation of electrical power systems and distributed generation.
Abstract
This paper presents a design methodology for a first order L filter inductance used to connect a three-phase power converter to the grid. This method uses the desired THDi to calculate the L filter inductance to ensure the... [ view full abstract ]
