Eduardo F. de Oliveira received the Bachelor and Master degrees in electrical engineering from the Federal University of CearĂ¡, CearĂ¡, Brazil, in 2010 and 2013, respectively. He is currently with the Centre of Competence for Distributed Electric Power Technology (KDEE), University of Kassel, where he is also working toward the Ph.D. degree. His research focuses on design of high efficiency power converters for industrial applications, dealing with innovative approaches and technologies. Mr. Oliveira received the Young Scientist Award from the Brazilian Council for Scientific and Technologic Development (CNPq) in 2010 and was co-worker in the awarded team for Innovative Technical Approach in the IEEE 2009 International Future Energy Challenge.
Abstract
