João Paulo Ramos Gomes was born in Coroaci, Brazil. He received B. S. degree, in 2012, and M. S. degree, in 2015, both in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Currently is working in High Voltage Engineering and Applications Laboratory in UFMG. His research interests include Solar photovoltaic, Power quality, Parametric Modelling and Electromagnetic transients.
