José Dickson A. de Oliveira received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará, Fortaleza, Brazil, in 2005 and 2015, respectively, and MBA in Business Management from Getúlio Vargas Foundation - FGV in 2008. He is currently an Analyst of Regulatory Agency of Public Services of the State of Ceará - ARCE and Professor with the Center of Technological Sciences, University of Fortaleza – UNIFOR.
