Celso Becker Tischer received the bachelor's degree in 2010 in electrical engineering from Universidade Regional do Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul – Unijuí and the Master's degree in 2013 in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM). Actually, he is a postgraduate student at Grupo de Eletrônica de Potência e Controle (GEPOC) - UFSM and his research interests are in power generation, voltage regulation and control.
