He received the B.S. degree in electronic and telecommunications engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in 2012, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), Juiz de Fora, Brazil, in 2014. Currently, he is doctoral student at the UFJF. His main research interests are power converters control, active power filters and renewable energy sources.
