As members of The Starfish Canada (www.thestarfish.ca), the federal government invited Kyle to join their Expert Panel on Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience as a youth representative. Tesicca was invited to the British Columbia expert panel on Clean Energy and Climate Solutions. We got to work collecting data and ensuring that we could best represent young Canadians. Did it make a difference? In this short presentation, we will tell stories about how these conversations unfolded and what we learned about amplifying the voices of young Canadians and British Columbians across the nation, in the hopes that we can all learn from our successes and failures.
