Dr. Serge Olivier Kotchi received the Ph.D. degree in Geographical Sciences from Université Laval, Quebec City in 2015. Since 2009, he has been a Medical Geographer with the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) within the Public health risk sciences division (PHRS). His current research activities focus on public health geomatics, tele-epidemiology and vector-borne diseases risk modelling and mapping based on Earth observation.
