Keith Mercer

Marine Institute, Chair of the CZC2018 Organizing Committee

Keith is an instructor with the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland, where he has spent the last 30 years of his career lecturing and presenting on the principals of integrated coastal and ocean management. Keith was the Program Chair for the Advanced Diploma in ICOM, and presently holds the position of Academic Director of the Master of Marine Studies in Fisheries Resource Management Program.
