This paper focuses on the co-creation of a sustainable networked ecosystem that supports entrepreneurs in Turkey. We examine how different actors (i.e. stakeholders) co-create a networked ecosystem that promotes the growth of novice entrepreneurs -operating in knowledge intensive industries and who are located in science parks and business incubators. Given the sensitive nature of these industries and strong need of collaboration, building trust between different actors is crucial. A single case study focusing on Turkish Science Park is explored. Our preliminary results shows that lack of trust is detrimental to the sustainability and success of Turkish eco-system.
