Management dynamics determines new directions and perspectives for the development of modern organisations. This applies both to business and public organisations. Management mechanisms interpenetrate continuously, making management science an interdisciplinary platform that creates changes in the environment , which is increasingly networked. Thus, the new ways of creating value are sought by both business and public organisations. At present, trust is becoming increasingly important, which is a certain mental state that determines the emergence and maintenance of interpersonal and inter-organizational relationships. Trust creates a source of dialogue between actors in networks , which include different types of organisations, especially public ones. It opens the space for the creation of new services and the ways of providing them. And finally, it becomes a tool of exchange of value between participants in the market game. In this interpretation, the intellectual and social capital of the organisation develops, resulting in the delivery of both economic and social values by the organization. Then a special role is played by the so-called hybrid organisations capable of pursuing economic and social objectives in the mechanism of mutual exchange. It is then interesting to collectively pursue these goals in order to obtain new trust-based market rules. The purpose of this article is to present the principles of trust management and the mechanisms of public service delivery by hybrid organizations, whose potential shapes a new dimension of values, whose recipients are organisations embedded in the network. The article covers research into hybrid organisations providing public services in the Province of Silesia, where the principles based on trust management are a factor that shapes them.
