Matteo Bertelé got his Master in aerospace engineering at Politecnico di Milano and MsC in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management at Bocconi University - Milan, Italy.

During his career he has been employed in the Department of Equity Capital Market of primary investment banks, both Italian and Global and has held different positions in major multinational corporates in the Departments of Investor Relations, Strategic Planning and Corporate Finance. In 2017, he decided to fully dedicate to gr3n, leveraging on his knowledge acquired in investment banks and multinational corporates to optimally define the business strategy and plan of the company, to best enable its technology to be accepted in the market of plastic recycling, enabling the full circularity of PET packaging and polyester textile.
