This document presents the results of the quantitative evaluation of the Program
for Education in Sexuality and Construction of Citizenship - PESCC. Difference-in-
Differences estimator was used to estimate the PESCC's impacts by exploting both the variation in the implementation of the pedagogical component across schools and the variation of the institutional strengthening component across departments. We find that PESCC delays the age of sexual debut. Moreover, when exploring mechanisms, the results show improvements in teachers' planning practices and students' knowledge on Sexual and Reproductive (SR) health services and SR human rights. There are no effects on teachers' and students' other Knowledge, Attitudes, or Practices (KAP) indices.
