Ian has worked with Libraries throughout his career joining Counting Opinions in 2005 and has lead the customer service area for the past eight years. He contributes articles regularly to the Public Libraries magazine authoring the Public Library Data Service (PLDS) Characteristics and Trends for the past four years.
