Solid Non-Mechanical Discretely-Tunable Hard-Aperture Diaphragm

Abstract

In this paper, we demonstrate a solid non-mechanical discretely-tunable hard-aperture diaphragm. The device can switch between different aperture sizes (3 mm and 7 mm) by changing the applied voltage. [ view full abstract ]
