Phase control through Huygens' metasurfaces

Abstract

We describe a Huygens’ metasurface, consisting of dielectric nanoparticles, operating in the visible spectrum, that can manipulate the phase of the transmitted light over 2π with high transmission efficiency. [ view full abstract ]
