National parks are becoming one of the most important forms of land use all over the world. Abundant fauna and flora resources in Nigeria are being threatened due to the increasing rate of human activities across the protected areas in the country. This study examined the multiple usage benefits of Old Oyo National Park to neighbouring communities and implication of users on those resources. Primary data were collected through administration of a structured questionnaire to the respondents. Perception of the respondents on resource utilization was measured through 5-scale Likert rating on the contribution of National Park to livelihoods. Rating of various benefits derived from the park was also determined using Mantel (1965) table of multiple benefits. Land use benefits represented include firewood, fruit/vegetable, medicinal plants, recreation, timber, bush meat, water. Firewood and fruit gathering had combined dominant usage.
