Patrick Foley is a Infrastructure Engineer working for ESB ecars, a division of ESB, which is responsible for the roll out of electric vehicle infrastructure in Ireland and supporting IT/communications systems. A comprehensive network of charge points is being developed with supporting IT systems. ESB ecars is also involved in many standards bodies, trials and EU projects. With a background in Electrical Engineering Patrick has over 10 years in the Electrical industry previously working as an Electrician and then an Electrical Engineer.
