Taehyung Kim received the Ph.D. degree from Texas A&M University, College Station in 2003. He was with SAMSUNG Electronics as a Research Engineer. In 2005, he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Michigan-Dearborn, where he is currently an Associate Professor. Dr. Kim received the 2012 Second Prize Paper Award from the IEEE Industry Applications Society (Annual Society's Best Magazine Article).
