Jin Dong received the B.Eng. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2010, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA, in 2016. He is currently a R&D staff with Energy & Transportation Science Division at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN, USA. His research interests are in smart buildings, demand response, systems modeling and identification, distributed control and stochastic control with applications to smart grid.
