Niloofar Ghanbari was born in Tehran, Iran, on Jan 10, 1990. She received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2012 and 2014, respectively. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in North Carolina State University in Power Electronics. Her research interests include DC microgrid, Hybrid microgrid, power electronics, and power systems studies.
