H M Mesbah Maruf, Student Member IEEE, received his B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in 2013. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Electrical & Computer Engineering department of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Prior to joining UNC-Charlotte, he was an Assistant Engineer in Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB). His research interests include renewable energy integration and microgrid optimization.
