Ashot Mnatsakanyan received his master’s degree from the Department of Engineering Systems and Management at Masdar Institute of Science and Technology, a collaborative program with MIT and successfully completed a scholarship program at the International Renewable Energy Agency. Currently, he works at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority as an R&D Technologist, focusing his research work in the areas of smart grid, virtual power plants and distributed generation.
