Dr. Rasouli received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada, in 2011.He joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Penn State Behrend in August 2013 as an Assistant Professor. From 2011 to 2013, he was an Electrical Engineer for Jacobs Engineering Group.
