Lorena Souza is currently a PhD student at Imperial College London - Chemical Engineering Department. She studies phase behaviour of (CO2 + diluents) mixtures and optimization of interaction parameters of thermodynamic models. She holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (2013) and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (2011) from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ. She has experience in process design and economic evaluation of chemical processes. Her interests are focused on carbon capture, transportation and storage, mainly on optimization of CO2 separation and transport.
