Pierre Cerasi holds a PhD in Biomechanics from Paris University Denis Diderot. After post-docs at IFP and Schlumberger, Pierre joined SINTEF in 2000 and has since worked on borehole stability, sand production, formation damage and cement-to-rock bonding. He is now involved in several projects addressing geomechanics issues for CCS and is task leader in the new NCCS FME centre.
