EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE KINETIC OF CO2 CAPTURE WITH AQUEOUS AMMONIA SOLUTION

I am a PhD student in Politecnico di Milano. I am developing my research about post-combustion capture plant by chemical absorption and adsorption. My skills are: (i) characterization of the solvents (kinetic and thermodynamic), (ii) absorption plant simulation (Aspen package), (iii) adsorption process simulation (Aspen package), (iv) integration of capture plants with power plants and (v) economic analysis.Until now I have collaborated in the developing of a new CCS technology with DTU and SRI-international. I spent a period in DTU to characterize the kinetic behaviour of the solvent.
