Sorption enhanced production of hydrogen in industrial processes using two chemical loops

Jose Ramon Fernandez

INCAR-CSIC

Jose Ramon Fernandez obtained his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oviedo (Spain) in 2009. His doctoral thesis was concerned with selective oxidation reactions carried out in fixed bed and fluidized bed reactors. In 2009 he joined the CO2 Capture Group at INCAR-CSIC as a postdoctoral researcher. His research interests lie in the areas of calcium looping, chemical looping combustion and sorption enhanced reforming. He has been working in research projects financed by European Union FP7, by H2020 and by the Spanish Government. He is co-author of more than 25 works published in international journals of high impact.
