Steve Jackson has lectured in Process Modelling and Gas Processing at UiT for the past 3 years. Prior to that he spent 15 years working in the gas processing industry in the UK. Steve has played a leading role in several joint industry-academia research projects such as the ETI funded project "Next Generation Capture Technology", concerned with the development of new IGCC focused capture technologies; and the DECC funded "OxyProp" project concerned with the development of improved oxyfuel flue gas purification technologies. At UiT his research work has focused on the transportation of CO2.
