Effect of Cellulose Nano Fibers on Facilitated Transport Membranes for CO2 separation

Marco Giacinti Baschetti

University of Bo

Marco Giacinti Baschetti is currently Associate Prfessor in Chemical Engineering at the Alma Mater Studiorum, Università di Bologna in the Department of Civil, Chemical, Environmental and Materials Engineering (DICAM). His research activity is devoted to the study of membranes and membrane processes for gas separation applications and focuses on both experimental characterization and modelling of membrane materials and processes. He authored more than 60 scientific paper on this topics, published on high impact factor peer reviewed scientific journal. He is currently coordinating the NANOMEMC2 EU funded project focused on the production and testing of nanocomposite membranes for carbon capture applications.
