Vaclav Novotny is a Ph.D. student at Czech Technical University focusing on absorption power cycles and generally waste and low temperature heat recovery systems. Other research interests include distributed energy systems, geothermal energy, renewables or CCS. Experience is gained from internships in Taiwan, Singapore (A*STAR institute), South Korea (GIST), Iceland (RU) or currently Norway (NTNU).
