John has worked in the field of CO2 storage since 2006, where he has contributed to formulating CO2 storage capacity estimates in the UK and Europe, China and India. His research interests include the determination of in situ stress in prospective storage regions and the risk of fault reactivation caused by pressure increase during storage operations.
