Belgin AYDIN isan Associate Professor in the ELT Department at Anadolu University, Eskisehir,Turkey. She conducts research in teacher training, distance learning, virtual classroom and individual differences. Her research interests also focus on language anxiety, teaching reading and individual differences. She has been teaching various courses including English language teaching methodology to adult and young learners, critical reading and individual differences in language learning. She is currently working as the Director of School of Foreign Languages at Anadolu University

Ceyhun Yükselir is an Assistant Professor in the Department of English Language and Literature at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, holding an MA and PhD in English Language Teaching (ELT). Dr. Yükselir has been mainly involved in teacher training, teaching English as a foreign language, teaching language skills, teaching vocabulary, evaluation in foreign language, language methodology, academic emotions, self-regulated learning and translation studies. He is holding a position as the Director of the School of Foreign Languages at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University.

Ömer Faruk İpek is an instructor in the Preparatory Department at Abant İzzet Baysal University, Bolu, Turkey, holding an MA in English Language Teaching (ELT) and continuing his PhD study at Middle East Technical University (METU) in the same department. His research interests focus on educational system design and systemic changes, curriculum studies, teacher identity, language learning strategies and classroom practices. He is holding a position as the Head of Preparatory Department at Abant İzzet Baysal University.

Sedat BECEREN is an English Instructor in the ELT Department at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. He has been offering several courses in the same department such as teaching language skills, approaches to English language teaching, translation studies, advanced writing skills and advanced English grammar. He is also a PHD candidate in the ELT Department at Yeditepe University. His main interest areas are teacher education, reflection in teacher education, teaching vocabulary and metalinguistic development.
