Working method:
Topic introduction will be made by four expert presentation giving different views of the theme. After the introductions the discussion will continue in small groups which are given different topics to discuss. The experts giving introduction to the topic will be part of the workshop discussion. After the 20 minutes small group discussion the topics are summarized by the moderators (10 minutes). At the end there will be 15 minutes common discussion on the issues pointed out and other related general issues.

Workshop ambition:
To find out recent developments and research trends especially in biomass fly ash and slag refining but also from other industrial by-product usage in earth construction and new material applications. In addition, share the best practices from the topic, find co-operation possibilities and evaluate the development needs in the future
