Working method:
Topic introduction will be made by three expert presentation giving different views of the theme from Finland, Denmark and Netherlands. After the introductions the discussion will continue in small groups which are given different topics to discuss. The experts giving introduction to the topic will be part of the workshop discussion. After the 25 minutes small group discussion the topics are summarized by the moderators (15 minutes). At the end there will be 15 minutes common discussion on the issues pointed out and other related general issues.

Workshop ambition:
To learn best practices from different countries and to hear what kind of points are emphasized in different legislation. Workshop gives knowledge how we have succeeded in developing of national legislation and regulations in different countries. To find out co-operation possibilities.
