Mike Morgante has been involved with the evaluation of potential bird and bat impacts at wind projects throughout the U.S. since 2002. For Ecology and Environment, Inc. he manages/directs NEPA Environmental Assessments for eagle take permits and endangered species incidental take permits. He consults with wind developers and agencies regarding BGEPA and MBTA issues; designs and directs wildlife surveys; and prepares Eagle Conservation Plans, Bird and Bat Conservation Strategies, and avian protection plans.
