Mr Emmanuel Arthur is a lecturer at the Marketing Department of the Business School of Central University College, Ghana. He has a wealth of industry experience having worked in Ghana's export and service sector. His last position held in industry before moving finally fully into academia was the Marketing Manager, Ghana Airports Company Limited. Since then he has participated in various academic fora and contributed significantly to academic journals. His area of interest is in service marketing, export marketing and market orientation. He is currently in the final stages of the PhD studies with London Metropolitan Business School.

Nana Owusu-Frimpong

Professor Nana Owusu-Frimpong is a Professor of Marketing and Associate co-ordinator of PhD programme at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Business School. He has published extensively in leading academic journals. He previously worked as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the London South Bank University from 1988 to 2002, and a Professor of Marketing and PhD programme co-ordinator at the London Metropolitan University Business School from 2002 to 2013.
